Because creating a healthy and safe environment for our patrons, volunteers, staff, crew, and artists is our number one priority, We are committing to the following requirements UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE*. We will review the current situation and any updated guidance from the CDC and the State to determine what changes may need to be made. The Arts at Angeloria’s, LLC acknowledges the importance of community-wide vaccination in regard to our ability to create a safe environment for all of our patrons, volunteers, staff, crew, and artists. We strongly encourage all, who are able, to get vaccinated. Effective July 10th, 2022 the Arts at Angeloria’s will no longer require patrons to be vaccinated in order to attend our performances, events, classes, or programs. However, patrons may be required to wear masks in some instances. This requirement will vary based on the nature and location of our performances, events, classes, or programs. (All actors and members of the production team for any theatrical performances are required to be up-to-date on COVID vaccinations/boosters.)
Mask Policy
Masks may be required at times while inside The Arts at Angeloria’s buildings. Masks must completely cover the nose and mouth and comply with the CDC guidelines for acceptable face coverings. If a patron does not have an acceptable mask, a mask will be provided.
Additionally, we have made significant updates to our building and amenities designed to promote and enhance a healthy and safe patron experience. These include:
Air Quality
The Arts at Angeloria’s has installed outside air exchange systems to provide greater amounts of fresh air in both the Black Box theatre and the Art Barn.
Cleanliness
Increased janitorial protocols have been implemented across all areas of the building, focusing on cleaning and sanitizing pre- and post- show and immediately following intermissions with specific emphasis on high touchpoints and frequency. Hand sanitizer is available throughout the facility.
Touchless Amenities
Paper copy tickets need not be presented. The box office will utilize master list check-ins via the ticketing agency.
Our programs are paperless via QR Code.
Concessions
Concessions will be available and served in a manner consistent with CDC and State of Connecticut guidelines.
These policies are based on current information and are subject to change.
Guests who do not comply with these protocols will be denied entry or asked to leave the theatre.
*Our Health & Safety Protocol will be reviewed and updated in response to current statistics regarding COVID and other communicable diseases & infections. The Arts at Angeloria’s reserves the right to reinstate mandatory masking and/or vaccination policies at any time.

These terms and conditions relate to an individual’s use of a ticket to gain admittance to any venue owned and operated by The Arts at Angeloria’s and possible exposure to the novel coronavirus SARS- CoV-2 and any resulting disease (together with any mutation, adaptation, or variation thereof, “COVID-19”):
COVID-19 WARNING AND WAIVER OF CLAIMS: WHILE THE ARTS AT ANGELORIA’S, LLC, THE EVENT PRODUCER, EVENT PARTICIPANTS, PERFORMERS, AND TICKETING SERVICE PROVIDER ARE DOING OUR PART TO ENSURE THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF EVERYONE IN THE THEATRE, AN INHERENT RISK OF EXPOSURE TO COVID-19 EXISTS IN ANY PLACE WHERE PEOPLE GATHER, SO WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT ALL EXPOSURE TO COVID-19 WILL BE ELIMINATED AS A RESULT OF THESE PROTOCOLS. COVID-19 IS A HIGHLY CONTAGIOUS DISEASE THAT CAN LEAD TO SEVERE ILLNESS AND DEATH. BY VISITING OR ENTERING THE VENUE, YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS, HAZARDS, AND DANGERS INCIDENTAL TO THE EVENT FOR WHICH THE TICKET IS ISSUED. YOU VOLUNTARILY WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AND POTENTIAL CLAIMS AGAINST EACH OF THE ARTS AT ANGELORIA’S, LLC, THE EVENT PRODUCER, EVENT PARTICIPANTS, AND PERFORMERS, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OWNERS, VENDORS AND CONTRACTORS, THAT ARISE FROM OR RELATE IN ANY WAY TO, HOWEVER CAUSED, THE RISK OF CONTRACTING OR THE ACTUAL OR ALLEGED CONTRACTING OF COVID-19, OR THAT ARISE FROM OR RELATE IN ANY WAY TO, HOWEVER CAUSED, THE RISK OF EXPOSURE OR ACTUAL OR ALLEGED EXPOSURE TO A BACTERIA, VIRUS OR OTHER PATHOGEN CAPABLE OF CAUSING COVID-19 OR ANY OTHER COMMUNICABLE DISEASE OR ILLNESS, IN EACH CASE WHETHER THE ACTUAL OR ALLEGED CIRCUMSTANCES GIVING RISE TO ANY CLAIM OCCUR BEFORE, DURING, OR AFTER THE EVENT.
